Jeffrey Zack — Director of Communications

Jeffrey Zack has more than 25 years of experience in business, financial, and crisis communications. He has worked in both corporate and PR agency environments to develop and execute communications programs to build and protect reputations; position financial results, news, and thought leadership; and raise the visibility of company executives, products, and services among key stakeholders.

Prior to joining IEG, Jeffrey led global media relations and financial communications for a decade at Chubb, one of the world’s largest property and casualty insurers. Earlier in his career, he led the financial service practice at RF|Binder, a New York-based PR agency, and managed crisis communications for Deloitte & Touche.

Jeffrey serves on the Board of Directors of Rainforest Trust, a non-profit conservation organization. He played a key role in the organization’s successful rebranding under their current name, Rainforest Trust. Jeffrey holds a B.A from Carleton College and a M.S from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He is also an avid wildlife photographer.
